Recently, I visited Dr. Hong at this clinic because food kept getting stuck and I was experiencing pain in the area just in front of my upper left molar. I had assumed it was nothing serious and had been putting off a visit to the clinic for quite some time. However, lately I began having difficulty using my jaw, and since I urgently sought out a dental clinic, I was feeling uneasy.
When Dr. Hong examined my teeth, he already seemed to understand how long I had been in pain and the kind of discomfort I had been experiencing, even before I explained it. He kindly and thoroughly explained the reason behind the issue and the treatment process I needed to undergo.
I am truly grateful to have met Dr. Hong, who first put me at ease as a patient, and then provided the appropriate treatment—precise and effective, without being excessive.
