I have intense white coat anxiety and have had some tough experiences with dentists in the past, but Los Altos and Dr. Matsuno completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel calm, respected, and at ease. The entire visit, from X-rays to a deep clean, was smooth and comforting. Big shoutout to Alan for doing a fantastic job with the deep cleaning. He was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped calm my nerves. This was by far the best dental experience I’ve EVER had.

This is a great dentist! Everyone was so kind to me and so helpful about answering my questions, concerns, and any worries I had about anything. I really appreciate the team for providing me with a warm blanket when I was feeling stressed and nervous about what was to come but in the end they were extremely honest and supportive of me. I got everything done and I love how updated this place is with the equipment and I’m happy with my new crowns they made for me! I didn’t expect to see a hygienist in the same day but I’m glad I did. The front desk office manager was so amazing, she walked me through the payment process and everything. Such a great experience overall! I’m happy the team member that was taking my X-rays was there for me to help calm down my anxiety and nerves.
