I had a fantastic experience at Los Altos, modern industry in orthodontics. I had such a easy time booking my appointment. I came in for a regular checkup after three years of not having any dental service done. First, I want to know the staff and their exemplary service! Erica, who works at the front desk is a lovely addition to the office! She walked me through my payment and offered the option of a payment plan. She knew details of the system and how to go about it and gave me tips and tricks on how to navigate it. She was very attentive, offered me water, Made sure I was fully knowledgeable about my process. Anissa, and I believe her name was Melissa were Dental assistants who aided me through my process. They were concise and detailed, and made me feel very comfortable. I had the pleasure of Having Aron Glodowski, Dr. G as my dentist! He listened to me, which I truly appreciate. He was thorough and kind through throughout the entire process. Due to my lack of dental care for three years, I only had one damaged tooth, but it was severely decayed so I needed a crown. It being first (hopefully last) crown was a scary situation and Dr. G was so supportive. Before making the executive decision of getting a crown, he gave me two other options and what the results could be. Throughout each step, he explained what was going to happen. Dr. G is an amazing dentist and went beyond to make sure my teeth were healthy and that I was more informed about my dental health leaving. He even gave me a call to check up on me and how my crown settled in! I am so glad I went to Los Altos for my dental care and this is someone who traveled from 30 MILES to get treatment. I will be returning happily!

Erica was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire experience. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out.
